[R-390] Pricing of Collins Low Cost Filters

It slipped my mind to post this earlier, but I got a
quote from Rockwell a few months ago on these filters.

Prices were around $90 for 1 to about $48 for 25+.

I guess the prices have gone up.  It would be nice if
some distributer bought in bulk passed the discount
on, but I never found one on the web.
