[R-390] Tantalum or not Tantalum

Hi Guido... somehow I THOUGHT it was a coupling cap... as a BYPASS cap,
a tantalum would probably do a better job-but I also never argue with
success!!! So, if a 'regular' cap is working fine, that's fine by me!
