That's correct.  In original package, have to add that to my definition.
Back when I had my M'cycle restore bussiness, mint was a bike that was in
it's original crate never opened.  Anything else at best was excellent.
There is a rating system that was used at meets, that could be used for
radios, but most people would have a stroke when they find out there 10
was realy a 4 or 5.
