[R-1051] R-1051 predecessor SC-910R

 The General Dynamics (Stromberg-Carlson) SC-9xx series is the predecessor
series to the R-1051, T-827, RT-618, URC-35, WRC-1 line of equipment.
Thanks to an eBay find, I have scanned and added manuals for many of these
as well as General Dynamics' report on the development of the URC-35 and
WRC-1

I've also added GD's proposals to add 100cps tuning (original R-1051/T-827
was 500cps) and to add 12kc bandwidth (to support 4ISB operation).
