[R-1051] speaker

I also use the LS-454/U on my R-1051, A and D radios. The connectors are 
fairly common in surplus stores that handle ex-military electronics.

You can sometimes find quite good quality speakers stripped from old 
intercom systems. The impedance doesn't match correctly, but they work 
fine and sound better than the 454.
