[R-1051] Rack mount ears for R-1051

OK thanks now I remember. I suspect there aren't that many people that know
what we are talking about any more. Yet amazingly my r1051 is still ticking
same with the transceiver. Though the tranceiver was always a bit of a
basket case. The wiring was butchered and the bigger issue was the RF deck.
It works but I wasn't sure it ever would.
