[R-1051] Rack mount ears for R-1051

Unless someone already knows of a source, I am going to get a quote on
having a batch of these brackets fabricated by a local shop. Please let me
know if you might be interested. No commitment needed, I'm just trying to
get a feel for quantity. The more I can gamble on buying, the cheaper they
will be.
