Power supply problems in the URC-35 is its natural state, what's the supply section look like? Any sings of discoloration or burning?

Hello all, I have an AN/URC-35A and I am having a power supply sagging problem. I haven't determined yet if it is in the 28 volt brute force supply or in the inverter.
