[R-1051] Frequency Standard Module

I am troubleshooting a spare frequency standard module. It goes squirrely after about 15 minutes warmup. The
 oven and crystal are okay. The problem seems to be that one of the 
phase locked oscillators jumps out of lock. I have figured out which 
ceramic trimmer does what. Some adjust for lock, some adjust for max 
signal. I have a frequency counter and selective level meter, and I can 
power the module up on the bench with a 28v and a 20v dc supply. What would be a
 typical value of terminating resistor for the outputs when adjusting 
the ceramic trimmers, shooting for maximum signal across the resistor?
