Additional thought, disassemble all motors and clean and lubricate! In many cases they have not moved in twenty or so years. Lots of the old aircraft radios and antenna tuners I have worked with have their motors and servos seized solid and will only turn after disassembly and lubrication, if you don't do this you can end up with servos with burnt windings and then you're in for more of a problem.

Folks,
I'm attempting to resurrect a URC-35. The MEGACYCLE SYNTHESIZER - ASSY
A70795-001 has a jammed motor. (I knew real radios had motors, but this is ridiculous.)
Is anybody sitting on spares or parts sets. I believe it's the same module as the R-1051. Thought I'd ask before surgery.
