[R-1051] The radio is Alive

OK, with the motor in the 1 MHZ oscillator now working I have the 20vdc bus
to the radio powering up. I now get static at the audio output.  I had to
try to see if I could get a signal at the antenna input.  I can but it is
the same frequency regardless of the radio's tuned frequency.  That freq is
2.847mhz.  I assume that is the IF freq of the radio and something is still
wrong in the 6 pack.  The manual I have is Navelex 0967-LP-970-9010 and I
will use the trouble shooting tables in the manual.  I assume the manual
will give me test points so I can check frequencies.  Any tips b4 I start.
