[R-1051] Navy and Air Force R-1051B 100cps modules are incompatible

Paul, if the transistor version of the 100cps module came first,
why did they go to the trouble of powering the logic with 4V?
It's too much of a coincidence that that's the recommended
Vcc for the IC's used in the IC version.  Did the transistor-version
designers see the IC version coming?  This is too much foresight
in light of the fact that they couldn't even keep the Navy and AF
versions in sync.

Francesco, I hope you didn't find out the "hard way".  :/
