[R-1051] Megacycle synthesizer

Plain and later six-packs are incompatible with later and plain mainframes,
respectively, due to the 500cps vs 100cps modules, but the MC module had
no significant changes over its product life. Any MC will work in any six-pack.
It's pretty easy to troubleshoot, since it's independent of the rest of the
six-pack. All it needs is power, and 500kHz, which you can supply with a
signal generator.
You don't need exactly 23.498120; the MC synth is a PLL, which uses
a varactor diode to "bend" the crystal to 23.5MHz . Any crystal
that locks is acceptable. Don't give up on it until you've tried.
