[R-1051] 100 cps Synthesizer module

The link worked great and the file came through. Though interesting in
looking in the parts list I hoped to see commercial part numbers at some
point. No luck.
I did look at the schematics and make the following comments.
Think these are DTL
V supply is 4 V
In the schematics the counters are embedded diode transistor logic.
The logic density per device is to high for RTL from my way back experience
with motorola chip sets.
But this won't be resolved till some useful IC info surfaces if ever.
Thank heavens so far it just keeps ticking.
