[R-1051] Tools, and first assessment (was RE: Intro and WTB: R-1051 cabinet)

It's only cosmetic stuff that's missing, in my opinion.  Sure, a case would be nice,
and you need rails to put it in a case, but it can run without, just like my SP600.

I brought the RF deck, the six-pack, and the frequency standard to work today.
If the workload is light, I'll check the motors and the oven.

(I don't have any 1620 photos handy right now, but it looks like any other 1620,
and there are pictures on the web.)
