[R-1051] tube puller

Fair Radio used to sell those wire weave pullers. If not, look for one of those Chinese finger cuffs at a toy store, also I remember seeing
those sissor like tube pullers at hamfests. The have two rubber padded curved plates at the business end. Perhaps one could make
a woven tube puller. It's call called a Turk's head knot in the knot books.
