[R-1051] Cheap Easy Fix for Missing Self-Clinching Nuts

One of my IF modules is missing the self-clinching nuts that anchor the shield can.
(PEM is a popular trade name, but "self-clinching" is the generic name.)
Why someone would remove them, I have no idea, but there it is.

Originals can be gotten in bulk but onesie-twosie is annoying; and anyhow, you have
to press them into place, and it may not work if the piece has already had one pressed
then removed.

I bought a four-pack of 4-40 "T-Nuts", frequently called "Blind Nuts" but that name is
used for other kinds of nuts. It was just a few bucks, from an eBay seller. These have a
flange, with teeth that are meant to sink into wood or other soft material, to keep the
nut in place and keep it from spinning. I ground them off with my Dremel + cutoff wheel,
then removed half the height of the threaded barrel. I set what was left in blobs of JB Weld
on the IF module flanges, and clamped them in place with long 4-40 screws (borrowed from
the Spectrum Generator) going through spacers. It's easy and cheap, and it works fine.
