Paul,
Actually I am located in NW ct near Litchfield. I do live in Eastern Ct 
near Norwich for the summer right off RT 395.
Do you happen to know anyone who does do service work on these radios? 
It may be necessary if UPS is not willing to pay the insurance claim. I 
think I will need help if it is returned to me.
I just found a company who makes "bullet proof" boxes to ship Vintage 
gear. I put a call into him yesterday. I have an R30/URR on EBAY now and 
won't ship it unless it goes in his box. I think it may cost $150.00 & 
well worth it. I can always buy the box back.
