[R-1051] FW: In need of service

Thanks for your reply.
I shipped an R1051/URR to Wisconsin and UPS trashed it. Seventy five 
pounds dropped on end. I had the longer rack brackets and folded right 
into the back of case and the usual dented and bent outer connections. I 
am working with all party's to see their conclusion.
What I wondered is if you service these units and return back to life. I 
know that the jolt pushed the innards down and there are two dials 
slipping and off Freq. I was told it receives loud and clear. Of course 
in the future it's nice to know someone who is willing to work on these 
or send you onto someone who does. Your name has come across my screen 
in the past. I would not accept free help so remember some of us are not 
beggars-hi-hi.
