[R-1051] OFF FREQ

Hi

500 Hz doesn't sound like much for an HF radio, but for a 1051 it's a *lot*. The OCXO even when warming up should be within 500 Hz pretty fast (minutes). Drift per day after the first half hour or so should be in the "tough to measure" range (< 1Hz). The 1051 OCXO's are one item that shows up quite often at auction or at hamfests - should be easy to swap out if that's the problem.
