[R-1051] list quiet???

If I recall from my initial poking around in it, the voltages out of  
the power supply were OK, but the voltages on the function selector  
switch were not correct and also (according to what I may remember,  
but maybe not) the voltages on the fine tuning/fixed .5 Khz step  
control were incorrect. I even acquired a chassis/front panel with the  
power supply and all the gears and controls on it, and put the modules  
in that one, but got the same results.
