[R-1051] URQ-10 Frequency Standard

I picked up a URQ-10 frequency standard at a hamfest last weekend.  Like
most hamfest items, it seems to be in need of repair as the outputs (meter
positions 1-3) were intermittent at first and now nonexistent.

I'm wondering if anybody is aware of a source of manuals for these, or
actually any documentation.

Additionally, I'm curious about comments from others who might be using
these, such as whether there are any common component faults and that sort
of thing.

I believe these were often used as the master oscillator to feed R-1051's in
shipboard installations.
