[R-1051] R-1051 Motor Problem

Thanks for the comments, Tony. I got frustrated with it and set it
aside while I did some antenna work. I am ready to get back on it
again. I will check to make sure the relay is grounding the motor
terminal to brake it faster when the power is removed. I'll let you
know what I find.
