The orange panel light is probably on the left side and indicates a blown 
fuse.  You can try replacing the fuse with one of the same size and try 
again.  If it continues to blow you have developed a problem.  It's hard to 
say beyond that.  Could be filter caps, rectifiers....will require 
troubleshooting.
