Orrin,
I;m still here, the radios are still safe.  I am still  unclear as to time 
to head out to Illinois but I sure will let you know at the first 
opportunity to then have my brother get them to Dubuque for you. I recently 
hear of someone who thought they were going to drive to Wisconsin but it 
fell through.  rest assured, I am always on the lookout for some 
transportation.
