[R-1051] Frequency standard module

[Cecil Acuff]

I agree with the number of errors.  The early "Plain" manuals seem to be the
worst.  The newer B, D and H manuals not only seem to be more accurate but
much more detailed.  The H manual is in a 4" binder.  Still don't get to
component level though...
