An easy but expensive way would be to acquire a Hammarlund HC-10 or SPC-10 
(rare), they have an adjustable if input from 450 - 500 kc. That would add 
selectivity options along with much better audio, (3.2 ohm audio output). Or, just 
find a source of inexpensive 500 kc if mechanical filters.
