Tony it is not worth the time to drag people in or out of the mud .
I am doing business with you and I am sure the person who is complaining didn't
get his way and I am not concerned with this and neither should you .
I am sure you have a lot of happy customers out there and that is who you need
to be concerned with you just can't make everyone happy all the time.
