Greetings 1051ers

        There have not been any posts since back in early in the year....I
figured I'd see if the list still works....

I had a computer crash a couple months back and lost all my email files.
In those files were all my contacts for folks that had inquired about
purchasing a restored R1051 receiver from me.  I have managed to get back in
contact with everyone except one gentleman in Sidney Australia.  So if you
are that gentleman please drop me an email....your radio is nearing
completion.

Anyone else have anything to report on 1051 findings.   I haven't seen any
1051's available from any of the usual surplus places....a few have shown up
on the auctions sites.  It's ashamed but I fear the Gov't is crushing any
coming out of service.
