[QSL-Managers] Any successful reports of IRCs being redeemedvia USPS

 OK.....for anyone wanting to brave the USPS IRC redemption process, I spoke to the person that graciously helped me out a few days ago.  Here is how their system works.
IF!!! THEY ARE USING THE RSS SYSTEM
Press Sales Disbursement
Then press MORE
Then, EXCHANGES
At the bottom, press FOREIGN IRCs

 Well you may still have fun at the post office.  You really do have to find s person that knows what an irc is.  That means someone with 10+ years of service.  How many do you have?  I might be able to help .
