[QSL-Managers] Any successful reports of IRCs being redeemed via USPS

I still accept IRC's and I sell them to people as I am asked for them. I can charge about $3 - $4 each for them when I have them.  I do not get very many any more though. I never take them to the PO unless I have enough to warrant the aggravation.
