I have a request from a stateside "ham" who also goes on occasional
DXpeditions.

He is looking for a QSL Manager who can handle his DXpedition cards (bureau
and direct).

But, he would also like this QSL Manager to handle his personal cards as
well.

He has an initial backlog of about 500 QSL's to send out.

He said that he would provide all materials and cover all expenses.

His comment to me:

I will provide cards, labels, envelopes and funds to cover green stamps and
postage. After working through the backlog of outbound cards, I would be
only 200-300 outbound direct cards per year, plus responses to buro cards.

 

It will be up to you to set this all up with him.

of the special nature of this request, I decided to post this request here
