If you are a USA based QSL manager and you have a small number of cards for
various US bureaus... drop me an email and maybe I can put them in my
outgoing batch here. I process these about once each year so they will take
a while. Depending on how many you have... so drop me an email first.

Yes you CAN return QSLs via the ARRL Outgoing system, BUT, they will require
that you pay their fee based on weight or number of cards.  IF you want to
send them with NO FEE, you must send them to each bureau (W1, W6 etc.)

I found during the last visit to ARRL HQ that the "outgoing bureau" IS one
elderly gentleman. Truly a ONE MAN operation.
