It seems that any mail to Zimbabwe which indicates anywhere on the
envelope that either the sender or the recipient is a Radio Amateur is
being opened, and IRC's/Greenstamps etc are being removed, and the
envelopes resealed with scotch tape.
They must have very considerate postal thieves in Z2, then.
In most countries where this happens, the envelope is thrown
away, or at best delivered open with contents missing. It
seems excessively considerate to tape the envelope up after
removing the contents! Is it supposed to fool the recipient
into thinking that it was mailed that way in the first place?
Duh!
