Folks,
 Before I put anyone on "my" list, 
I will confirm with the manager and/or station 
personally that they, in fact, do not accept 
bureau cards.

If you have a list, you can send it to me off list,
and I will confirm or deny according to the 
station/manager.

I am sure that all of us at one time or another,
have had a problem getting a card from a particuliar
station/manager. There are scads of reasons why we don't 
get our cards back.  

Let's not automatically point fingers. Sometimes it
takes years to get cards back..

 In fact, I got a domestic card this last Saturday for a SS QSO in 
1995. He had to add lots of postage to my
envelope, hi.
