[QSL-Managers] Buro rejections

Hi Folks,
 I started trying to do something with this a while back, but
never really got it going.
 I would like to compile a list of those QSL managers and/or
DX stations who do not accept Buro cards.
 This is not a witch hunt by any means. The manager or DX stations 
have the right to do what they wish,
 BUT, I don't want to waste a card, and the time on sending a buro card that
will  never be answered.
 If anyone would care to share this information, maybe I can find a place
to put it
on the web.
 Please no flames, I am just trying to help folks who are broke like me.
