[QSL-Managers] "dud" IRCs

I have about 50 old-style IRCs that have no markings in the left-hand 
box (not even the country name) - some have nothing anywhere, some have 
stamps in the right-hand box.  The local P.O. won't touch them, and I
won't sell them to people.

I hear tell of managers who have found cooperative postal peepuls, so 
if any of you can use these, I'll make you a present of them.
