Lou - no problem.

assuming you are an ARRL member you can send replies back through the ARRL
outgoing bureau just fine. the only restriction is you as a stateside ham
(ie using your stateside call) cannot send a card to another stateside ham
(ie using his stateside call). I receive cards through the bureau for my
CY0/N1NK operation last year and respond through the bureau mixing my N1NK
stuff as well.

hope this makes sense. so long as one of the call signs (sender OR
receiver) is non-stateside then the bureau can be used.

I worked from ZF2LM and I am receiving cards via Bureau from US stations.

What am I to do. Spend 7 cent to mail my card?

When I need a card from a U.S. station, I send SASE.

How can I use US bureau to send my US cards?
