[QSL-Managers] Advice needed: SWL card with weird QSO data

Hi Scott,

Thanks for the note... the log is on the internet but without time... I 
think he listened from Germany and also send me a card for VE7...

I think - as a few of you suggested in a private mail - I will send him a 
real card for the DL-report and a "thank-you-for-the-swl-report" (but 
without data) card for the VE7...
