[QSL-Managers] being a sneak

What do you fellow QSL managers do when you detect or suspect some
irregularities in your logs? I have two different cases of someone
making consecutive QSOs with two calls, both of which belong to them
but which are from different countries. Not to get too specific, but
the most recent case was an SM and a CT, same person, consecutive Qs
in the log.
I've also had several cards from one country in the same envelope,
from different calls, all written in the same hand and all with the
time wrong by an hour. Almost certainly the different Qs were all
made by one person.
Do you just turn a blind eye and go by whatever is in your logs? or
at the other extreme would you sneak to someone at DXCC in case the
cards are used for that award?
