Who said I didn't follow up this QSL?
What is unnecessary is to inform everyone about the several tries after the
first one.
This is a QSL I need and I have no other QSO with DU on 17m. That's why I
ask for help.
So, it makes sense.
It is my opinion.

Would someone please explain to me why when a QSO is made in 1998 and an
immediate QSL request goes unanswered there is no follow up until 9 years
later? This makes no sense to me and I see this sort of behavior more often
than one would expect.
