[QSL-Announce] YI9PT QSLs

YI9PT announces that QSLs are expected from the 
printer-- Elli Print,  the first week of May, 2008.

The following QSL policies have been established by the YI9PT Support Team:

QSL request should sent DIRECT to the manager, 
N4XP, with the following SASE, SAE + sufficient 
return postage ($2 US or €1 Euro - suggested) or, 
SAE + 1 valid IRC (new issue). Additional 
donations to support the YI9PT operation are 
welcome and may be sent with QSL requests.

Note: QSL requests received without a SAE (self 
address envelop) but with sufficient postage or 
IRC will have a card sent as a post card 
confirmation only - not the full color YI9PT QSL 
provided by Elli Print.  No envelope will be 
supplied by the QSL manager if one is not sent 
with request then none is supplied.

QSL requests received without sufficient postage 
or IRC will be sent via outgoing Bureau in the fourth quarter 2008!.

QSLs received via ARRL inbound Bureau will be 
returned via outgoing ARRL Bureau at the end of 2008.

Any request sent to YI QSL Bureau will not be 
responded to as the QSL manager does not have 
access.  QSL requests send directly to YI9PT or 
to YI9PT operator's home call will NOT ve answered!

All YI9PT requests must be sent to the YI9PT QSL manager N4XP ONLY.

Stations making a QSO with YI9PT can use the log 
check on the YI9PT web site http://stafford-dx-association.org/sdxalog.html.
