I received this year qsl for contacts made 5 years ago.

I worked UE0CBP on AS-114 on 20 July. 425DX lists RV0CD as the manager for
this operation.
I can not find an address for RV0CD.  This call is not in the RAC or listed
on QRZ.com.
Does anyone know a correct mailing address for RV0CD?
