Twice I sent an sase to JH0XUP, the qsl manager for the 2002 dxpedition to T88UP and twice it came back for address unknown. The buckmaster address I have for him is as follows: Ikuo Motsukawa 1-3-20 OOe Ootsu, Shiga 520-21 Japan Does anyone know what is proper address is and how I can get this card from him?
