[QSL-Announce] List Direction

Members,

This list was originally set up to convey news about the QSL/QTH.net system and lists.  It seems that there have been no posts to this list regarding this topic since it was started in 2002 but there have been MANY attempts to post regarding QSL Cards and the act of QSLing.  Therefore, as of today the topic  is changed to reflect the apparent need for this type of list.  

If the new topic of discussion here does not suit you, please accept my apologies and feel free to unsubscribe.
