CW Crystal Filters, Bencher Paddle, Key,
and Code Practice Oscillator For Sale:
.
Icom CW Filters:
Both of these CW filters are used in the 9 MHz
IF. Both work fine and look fine also.
They fit almost all of Icom's HF rigs,
including the IC-575, IC-706, IC-725, IC-726,
IC-728, IC-729, IC-736, IC-737, IC-738, IC-746,
IC-756, IC-761, IC-765, IC-775, IC-R75 and
probably others.
Icom FL-32 A

Can also be used for RTTY as well as CW, $85
Icom FL-101

Often referred to as the best CW filter
available, bar none. $140
.
TenTec 217 Crystal Filter:
I have a crystal filter for TenTec rigs for
sale. It works fine and looks fine.
This filter is used in TenTec rigs in the
9 MHz IF. This includes the Omni series
B and C, Omni V, Omni VI, Argosy,
Paragon, and Orion I.
While it will fit the original Orion,
it does not fit the Orion II.
These filters are getting scarce and hard
to find!
TenTec 217 filter
500 Hz wide, CW filter,
can also be used for digital modes
With paper work for $100
.
Bencher BY-1 Iambic CW Paddle:
The legendary BY-1 paddle has graced many ham
shacks worldwide. You set the spring tensioning,
with no adjustments to make other than desired
contact spacing. It has a light touch for sending
clean code, but is heavy enough to not walk
around the table.
The adjustment wrench is held under the base.
This one is the newer style. It works great,
and might be new.
With paper work for only $95.
.
J-38 CW Key on Heavy Brass Base:
You probably know that the J-38 key was
used in WWII, and basically has become
the standard of CW straight keys.
This one has been removed from its black
bakelite base, and placed on a very heavy
solid brass base. It has felt on the bottom
to prevent scratching your operating table,
but is very heavy so it stays in place.
This one looks nice and works like it should.
Only $60.
.
MFJ-557, Code Oscillator:
The MFJ-557 Deluxe Morse Code Practice
Oscillator features a Morse Code straight
key on a non-skid heavy steel base. It stays
put on your table and does not move around
while you are sending!
A volume control adjusts from barely audible
to blaring full sound. Tone control gives you a
wide adjustment from high "squeaky" to low
"booming" tones.
You even get an earphone jack for private
listening or you can plug in an external
speaker for super high volume in the classroom.
When you are done practicing, you can hook up
the straight key to your transmitter and go on
the air.
The MFJ-557 also has a built-in speaker and
adjustable contacts, and runs on a 9 volt
battery.
It measures 8 1/2 x 2 1/4 x 3 3/4 inches.
This one is NEW. I know for sure it is new,
since it is still sealed in its clear bubble
container.
Amazon sells these for $87. Buy this one for
only $50.
.
Cables for paddles
About 3 feet long, with a 1/8 inch (3.5 mm)
stereo connector on the
end, as used by most rigs for paddles. $9

.

and VHF/UHF antennas, connectors, miscellaneous accessories,
etc.
Just too many to list here. Please e-mail your requests.
.

Thanks.
