MFJ 490 Deluxe Memory CW Keyer: The MFJ 490 CW keyer is designed to be attached to the back of a Bencher paddle. It has 5 easy to program memories, plus a variety of other special functions. Select a menu by pressing a button. LED lights indicate which menu is active. Menu is clearly printed on top panel. Save and play messages, decrement serial numbers, set speed, weight, sidetone, enter Iambic, semi-auto, handkey, message queue, paddle command modes, turn sidetone on/off, transmitter tune, set keying output on/off, select iambic A/B, reverse, and store starting serial number for contests, etc. Bypass menu function, tells status in CW. Adjust speed (5-100 wpm), by pressing paddle smoothly or by knob control. This one works fine, and looks great. It requires 9 to 15 V DC. With paper work for $95. . . Bencher BY-1 Iambic CW Paddle: The legendary BY-1 paddle has graced many ham shacks worldwide. You set the spring tensioning, with no adjustments to make other than desired contact spacing. It has a light touch for sending clean code, but is heavy enough to not walk around the table. The adjustment wrench is held under the base. This one is the newer style. It works great, is in its original box, and might be new. Only $80. . . McElroy "Stream Key" CW Straight Key: This McElroy "Stream Key" is often considered the best straight key ever made. I won't go quite that far, but it certainly is one of the best. Extremely good action. This one is the one with the black crinkle base, and is sometimes referred to as the model 200. It was probably made between 1940 and 1943. This one really works great. Buy it for only $99. . . Matric Model 10 A, Electronic Keyer: The Matric 10 A keyer is in a 4 wide x 2 high x 5 deep enclosure. It has a speaker on the top for the sidetone, and has a switch to select either + or - keying. It can be powered by either 12 V DC or by a 9 volt battery. This one is a tech special. It produces a nice solid closure, with a solid tone, showing that the sidetone is working great. Just no dits or dahs. Only $5. . . Icom Crystal Filters: These are all original Icom crystal filters used in the 9 MHz IF of many Icom rigs including IC-706, IC-725, IC-726, IC-728, IC-729, IC-736, IC-737, IC-738, IC-746, IC-756, IC-757, IC-780, IC-781 and probably others. They should fit any Icom rig that uses a 9 MHz filter, but please check your manual. FL-80, 2400 Hz, but premium filter with sharper ...skirts for standard SSB, $65 The following filters are used in the 455 KHz IF. They fit a very wide variety of Icom rigs, including the IC-703, IC-718, IC-736, IC-738, IC-746, IC-751, IC-756, IC-780, IC-781, IC-R75, IC-R8500, and probably others. Icom FL-53 A, 250 hz, used for narrow CW, $115 Icom FL-96, 2800 Hz, used for wide SSB, $110 . . Yaesu Crystal / Mechanical Filters: All of these filters are for Yaesu rigs. All work fine, and look fine as well. Although they are useful for CW, they can also be used for narrow digital work, especially the 500 and 600 Hz filters. . This group is for the 8.215 MHz IF.
