To unsubscribe from this list, note the HOME link at the bottom of each 
piece of email.

When you go there, it contains a link to UNSUBSCRIBE. At some point you 
have to enter the email you use for this list. You will receiver an 
email in your inbox to follow to unsubscribe (that means people like me 
can't unsubscribe you!).
