[QRP] Sales on the plain old QRP list

Let's not get into a shouting match about this issue, please.  This list 
gets maybe one email per month.  And once in a while, it is from Brian.  
He has asked if it's ok to do it and we said yes.  This kind of little 
stuff is hard to sell on ebay and he wants the QRP list gang to get 
first shot at it.

For serious QRP, go to qrp-l.org and join that one.  I do believe they 
allow selling as well, just not reposts of eBay listings.
