[QRP] FDIM registration update

This is the 10th anniversary of the first Four Days In May.  We're 
trying some things to make it the best yet.

1. New hotel - Holiday Inn - Fairburn

2. International line up of speakers including Simon Brown, HB9DRV and 
Paul Harden, NA5N.

3. Big vendor Night

4. Build-a-thon - with a big surprise!

5. Build-it contests with the Altoid Cockroach Plague - hundreds of 
Altoids projects on display (if you bring all yours)

6. Saturday night awards banquet!
